Three simple plans, all four modules included. The price you sign up at is the price you pay - this month and every month after.
Enter your team size and whether you want the full security stack. Whatever it comes to, it's fixed at your subscription date - permanently.
This figure assumes full adoption of the security stack. You can select exactly what you need during onboarding or any time after signup - we recommend the full stack, but it's entirely your choice.
Founding rate shown. Standard rate for this plan is $699.00/mo.
Whatever your total comes to, it's locked at your subscription date - it will never increase, regardless of future list price changes. The only thing this doesn't cover is AI usage: your plan includes a generous shared monthly interaction pool across your whole organisation - enough for normal everyday use across all four modules. If the pool is ever exhausted, the AI simply pauses until next month's reset by default. The one way your price can go above this total is if you choose to switch on optional overage, which keeps the AI working past your included interactions at $0.10 per interaction - shown clearly before it applies, and never enabled without your say-so.
The price you sign up at is the price you pay. No annual increases. No hidden fees. No renegotiations — this month and every month after.
At the founding rate, that works out to around $1.20 per staff member per day — a small trade for the hours it saves your team, and for support, security, and compliance visibility most IT budgets don't include today.
Grow past your plan and it makes sense to move up a band — the per-user rate drops as your headcount grows. Or stay where you are and add seats at your average per-user cost until the timing is right.
Some businesses don't have an ongoing MSP relationship - or are ready for a change. That's fine by us. 1ST2 works standalone, and we welcome you bringing in independent, as-needed IT support alongside it for anything hands-on. We know navigating IT is tough for a small business without a big budget behind it - it's exactly why we built this.

Your Microsoft 365 data is unaffected - 1ST2 never touches your emails, files, or user content. Platform configuration data is retained for 90 days after cancellation in case you return. You can also delete your data yourself at any time - as the IT champion, you can purge your organisation from the platform directly.
The platform accesses only what it needs to do its job: your org structure, device configuration metadata, security posture data (Secure Score, device compliance status), and the content of IT support tickets. It does not access your emails, calendar entries, files, personal communications, financial data, or customer records. Full details are in the Data Processing Agreement.
